No. There are no contracts, setup fees or minimums. Send one parcel or hundreds a week — you only pay per delivery.

Pricing is based on the distance travelled (per kilometre) plus a small per-delivery fee, with a minimum charge of £8. Urgent deliveries add a 25% surcharge. There are no fuel surcharges or peak fees.

The minimum is £8 per standard delivery (£13.5 for urgent), so very short trips are charged at the minimum.

Add a card to your account and you’re charged automatically per delivery — your card details are handled securely by Stripe and never touch our servers. PayPal is available as an option where enabled.

Yes. From your profile you can export an invoice statement for any date range, listing every billed delivery — handy for your bookkeeping.

Yes. Every delivery has a live map showing the courier’s position from pickup to drop-off, and you can share a tracking link with your recipient.

Couriers capture a timestamped, GPS-tagged photo at the drop-off, so you always have proof of delivery.

Yes. Add multiple drop-offs and we optimise the route automatically for the fastest run.
